An inquest was hold at tho morgue to day concerning tho death of a man known* Icoally as Riokard Lawsoo, who was found dead by tbo river bank in Riohm ind district last night with a revolvor wound in tbo head and a disoharged revolver lying besids him. Tho ovidonco revealed tbo faot that Lawson was roally George Sanderson, who had deserted from tho Royal Arthur two years ago. Deceased had brooded ovor his position, saying ho : was never sale, and had stated his intention I o commit suicide. Ho told one : woman he had deserted because he was not treated properly. A verdict was roturned that the naan oommittid suicide if bile of unsound mind.
