Sydney, Dec. 18. Recently the body of a Chinaman was found in the Harbor with a rope round the neck. It was identified as
that of a stowaway who arrived by the steamor Airlio. It was supposed at the time to be a case of suicide, but subsequently the polico recoivea information which raised suspicions of foul play amongst tho Chinese crew of the Airlio.
