ELECTION NOTICE. EASTERN MAORI ELECTORAL DISTRICT. NOTICE OF DATES OF NOMINATION AND POLLING. IN pursuance of “3lie Electoral Aot 1905,” I, John Brooding, Eeturnirg Officer for the Eastern Maori Eleotoral District, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the 22nd day of November, 19C5, under tho hand of the Olerk of the Writs, an Election will bo held for the return of a legally qualified person to servo as a Mi mber of the House of Representatives for the above-mentioned Electoral District, and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Courihouse, Gisborne, at noon, on FRIDAY, the Ist day of Dectmber, 1S05; tnd that the Polling, if necessary, will take place on WEDNESDAY, the 20ih day of December, 1905, at the several Polling Places within the said Electorate. Candidates shall be proposed by one and seconded by another Elector, both of whom must bo qualified to vote at the Election of Member for that district.
