NEARLY A MILLION PAUPERS. By telegraph* Press A'ns’d, Copyright London, Nov. 22. The Local Government Board report states that tbe paupers in England at the beginning of 1905 were nearly a million, being an increase of 63,000 in a year. The paupers in London numbered 26,000.
