HELP 070 DISTBEBSED PEOPLE. (Fmj Press Association.) Helensville, last night. The Premier visited Helensville to-day, and was entertained by residents. Speaking this evening, he declared bis intention of asking this colony to provide assistance to British unemployed and the Japaneee in famine-striokon districts, by sending food stuffs. He received a vote of thanks and confidence.
