Tho person, who sellsthe liquor would have to give your name and address and the quantity aod quality oi the liquor sold to the Clerk cf the Magistrate’s Court. 6. For a breach of the law you would be liable to a penalty of £2O, and for a seeond breach to a penalty of £SO, or a term of imprisonment. 8. On euepiolon that a wineglaseful Is sold, ] any house may be raided by the police, any liquor found. therein, be seized, and the person whose house is raided would have to satisfy the Magistrate that he had not sold liquor.
