Qravo disorders ocourrod at Batoum, Garoslav, Alexandrovsk, Baku, Novoxyllkov, Bakhout, and Arohangel. Mob law rules at Odessa. In justice to tho troops it is said that the troops neither permit nor assist in tho massaore of Jews. Hundreds of Jewish shops wore wrockod. Five thousand six hundrod people woro wounded. Tho hospitals had 500 casualties on Saturday. The workmen’s delegates at St. Petersburg are organising a monster procession to«day on the occasion of the funerals of the victims of tbo recent disorders. M. Trepoff’s warning that no political demonstration will bo permitted, and demanding the abandonment of the plan, suggests the possibility of a second bloody conflict. Count do Witte received delegates from the Central Strike Committee, and empowered them to inform the railway strikers that thair demands would bo granted.
