Protests must be made in writing to Secretary within ten minutes after race, aooompanied with £l, which will be forfeited to the Club if protest is dismissed. Stewards’ deoision to be final. 5. Horses in District Bace to have been the property of owners (three months before Bace Meeting) living in Whatatutu and Karaka districts ; district from Eaitaratahi Bridge up. 6.
