(To the Editor Giaborne Time*-) Sir,—l am really vary Borry to have to trespass on yonr valuable spaoe again! but as I flatter myselfj I know the rules of the Farmers’ Union fairly well ( I rather object to having a fa'so oonstcuotion put on my statements by one who evidently does not know those rules. The rule Mr Lysnar quotes bears on delegates to Executives only, ibe rule I refer to is Rule 11., which reads: " Between meetings the President of each Counoil and the Chairman of eaoh branch shall have full contrql of the basis ness in their respective spheres, but all important business which is not of an urgent character requiring prompt setllement should be referred to the Executive Committee or brought up at the next meeting of the braooh. —Yours, etc., A.
