By-law No. 4 is to prohibit tho running at largo ot Pigs and Goats. By-law No. 5 is to rogulata the Ttofiio over Bridgaß. By-law No. 6 iB to regulate the Width ot Tyroß on Diay and Waggon Wheels.
By-law No. 7 defines the Lights to be oarriod on Vehioles. By-law No. 8 relates to Publio Billiard Booms. By-law No, 9 is to rogulato the manner, lu which Motor Oars may bo used upon County roads. By-law No. 10 ia to regulate the manner of driving Mobs of Horao3 within three miles of the Borough of Gisborne.
