A beautiful lot of animated pictures were shown, and, as usual, thp humorous, side was kept in view'. The Bresoians also presented a new programme of vocal and instrumental musio, hearty enoores being given, and the violin playing especially winning the approbation of the audienoe,. The following is the programme of pictorial repre-sentations-.—Welsh Slate-Quarry, Shooting the Bapids at the Lakes of Killarney, SalmoQ spearing, Baby Show, Converting Iron into Steel, Off for the Holidays, A. Bewitobed Traveller, Children’s Tricks, The Sleeping Beaty, The Little Matohsoller, The Monkey " Angusl," CatobiDg a Whale, A'Bide Through the Encadine, Putting up the Swing, Modern Magio. The last set of pictures, a trip to the moon, represented a toper’s nightmare and his resolve to.turn, over a new leaf. The ad* ventures encountered in the trip are extraordinary and keep the audiencein roars of laughter, while at the same time the wonderfol nature of the pictures is marveiled at. A ipatinee will be given this efternoon, and tb-night the Company conolude tbeir Gisborne season, haviDg so far bad crowded honseß nightly.
