TO-DAY’S LAND SALE.

At bait-past eleven this morning Messrs Williams and Kettle will hold their spring land sals at His Majesty’s Theatre, when a number of choioe town and suburban sections will be offered. Slips showing the order of sale oan be bad on application to the firm. The auctioneers desire us to draw attention to the faot that section 14, Buha, 1 containing the homestead, and sec itiOn ‘2l. eontaining the woolshed anayards, cannot be delivered until the 14th December, so as to allow the station shearing to bo completed. All the other sections can be taken delivery of immediately. The whole of the property is to be offered with the exception of sections 86 ftnd .**' will bs withdrawn from sale In the mean time, pending the settlement of the point in oonneotion with the road to the Baraka lord. ' The Dome property, containing 1900 acres, several valuable sections in ie Kataka belonging to Mr Oeorge How Chow and other owners, and Mr Dicksons valuable sito on the Kaitl bank of the Walmata river, will also be offered.
