Delegates representing about 800 builders in the colony, holding their annual meeting here, have for tbe last two days been engaged *in a conference with deisgat»s from the recently-formed institution of architects practising in New Zealand, j the principal busiues3 being the consideration of niw conditions of contract. The result is that new conditions of contracts I have been agreed to by both sides, and I these will be brought into use no. later I than December Ist next.
