It will internet farmers to learn that Mr Gilrutb, Chief Veterinarian, who arrives in Gisborne this morning, Mr Kinsella, Dairy Commissioner, and Dr. Levinge, of Ohribtehuich, who me now act’ngas judges at the A. and P. Association’s show, have arranged to address a meeting to be held at 2 o’clock on Saturday next at the Masonio sample toonis on diseases in stock, dairying in the Argentine and Denmark, and the breeding and seleoting of dairy cows. On Bccount of the importance of the subjects to be dealt with settlors should not fail to attend. Information regarding diseases in stock cannot be over eßtim tied, more especially when given by a gm t emau of Mr Gilruth’s standing. Mr Kinsella will give his hearers the benefit of his experiences during his recent travels in the Argentine and Denmark, and will make sp -r-ial reference to the testing of da'ry cattle. It is seldom indeed that an opportunity is afforded here of hearing suoh a high authority as Dr. LeviDge speak on tho matters that he has undertaken to handle.
