Dunedin, Saturday.! j The Harbor Board’s tug Koputai picked up tho crew of the County of Ayr five miles north by east of Otago Heads at 5.30 this morning, after 20 hours in an open boat, which contained 15 people, the occupants including the captain’s wife and daughter. They were muoh exhausted. The harbormaster believes that if the boat had attempted to cross the bar it would have capsized, and all have been lost. The County of Ayr is a total wreck. The vessel was uninsured.
