A general strike has begun at Moscow, Cossacks dispersed a meeting of the revolutionary party discussing the Duma eleotioDs at, Minsk. One hundred and twenty persons were injured. Ia view of threatened demonstrations the Odessa police were ordered to shoot at the crowd at first command without firing a volley in the air as a warning.
