Spain iB willing that the brigand Valiente bo released in exchange for Captain Crowther and Lieutenant Hatton, The Moorish authorities are willing to cooperate.
A Morocco cablegram published yesterday stated : “ The Angora tribe,-under a brother of the bandit Valiente, captured Captain Crowther and Lieutenant Hatton, of the Royal Marines, while returning to Keuta from the ship Assistance. Anjera has offered to exchange the prisoners for Valiente, at Tangier.”
