THE Gisborne 'Borough Counoil hereby gives public notioe that auoh Counoil proposes to raise a Special Loan of Five Thousand Five Hundred Pounds •for the ereotbn of a Bridge across the Tarehuru River, Gisborne, at the south end of Wl Pere Btreet, to conneot with Roebuck road (suoh bridge to have an iron superstructure, with a draw span); and to make an annually recurring rate of l£d in the £ on the annual rateable value ot ell rateable property in the said Borough os seourity for tho interest and Sinking Fund in connection with such loan.
