£12,000 PAID FOR A DUNEDIN HOUSE. '(Per Press Aseociaticn.) Dunedin, last night. Evidently there are some who are not afraid of no-license being carried in Dunedin, as the Central Hotel in Princes street has just been purchased by Mr Patrick Laffey for £12,000.
