IN pursuance and exercise of the pcwer vested in them in that behalf by “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1001,” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows: ' “That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £3OOO, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council under the’provisions of ‘The Local Bodies’Loans Act, 1901,’ for constructing a dray road from the Mangamaia Hoad to Section 16, Mangatu No 1, the said Cook County Counoil do hereby make and levy a Special Bate of Sevenpenoe in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan District No. 2, comprising—
