IN pursuance and exercise of the pcwer vested in them in that behalf by “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1001,” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows: ' “That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £3OOO, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council under the’provisions of ‘The Local Bodies’Loans Act, 1901,’ for constructing a dray road from the Mangamaia Hoad to Section 16, Mangatu No 1, the said Cook County Counoil do hereby make and levy a Special Bate of Sevenpenoe in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan District No. 2, comprising—

Western portion of Subdivison 10 of Mangatu No. 1,4931 aores. Subdivision 19 of Mangatu No. 1. Eastern portion of .Section 18, Mangatu . No. i, 1890,aores. Subdivision 16 of Mangatu No. 1. And that such special rate shall be an annual reourring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yeaily on the first day of January and the first day of July in i aoh and every year during a period equal io the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
