COOK COUNT,y COUNCIL - , SPECIAL ORDER (Mode on the 15th day of September, 1005 to be confirmed on the 20th day of October, lOCS.) ■- - b IN pursuanoe and exercise of the power vested in them in that behalf by “ The Looal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1001,” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows: — ‘« That for the purpose of providing the interest and other ohaiges on a Loan of £3OOO, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Council under the provisions of 1 The Looal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for constructing a dray road from the Mangamaia Road to Section 16, Mangatu No 1, the said Cook County Counoil do hereby make and levy a Special Rato of Sevenpenoe in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan District No. 2, comprising— Western portion of Subdivison 10 of Mangatu No. 1, 4931 aores. Subdivision 19 of Mangatu No. 1. Eastern portion of Seotion 18, Mangatu No. 1,1890 aores. Subdivision 16 of Mangatu No. 1. And that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yeaily on the first day of January and the first day of July in (aoh and every year during a period equal to the ourreoey of suoh loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
