Replying to a long oablegram describing Mr Jelliooe’a interview in the New Zealand Times, published iu the Liverpool Post, Mr Coghlan oomplains of Mr Jelliooe's vague generalities. Hb especially correots the misstatements about capital being driven out of Victoria by the operation of the Compulsory Arbitration Act. He challenges him to give the name of one person of the British raoe who, not being a criminal or mentally, or physically infirm, had been refused admission to Australia during 1904.
