COOK COUNT,Y; COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER (Made on the 15th day of September, 1905 to be confirmed on the 20th day of Ootober, 1905.) IN pursuance and exercise of the puwera vested in them in that behalf by “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows: —
“ That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £3OOO, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Conncil under the provisions of ‘ The Looat Bqdies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for eonstruotiDg a dray road from the Mangamaia Road to Section 16, Mangatu No 1, the said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Speoial Rale of Sevenpenoe in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan District No. 2, comprising—
Western portion of Subdivison 10 of Mangatu No. 1, 4931 aores. Subdivision 19 of Mangatu No. 1. Eastern portion of Section 18, Mangatu No. 1,1890 aores. Subdivision 16 of Mangatu No. 1. And that such speoial rate shall be an annuel recurring rate duriDg the ourrency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in 'ach and every year during a period equal to the currency of suoh loan, being a period of forty-one yearß, or until the loan is fully paid off.
