.COOK COUNTY, COUNCIL, SPECIAL ORDER (Made on the 15th day of September, 1905 to be confirmed on the 20th day of October, 1905.) IN pursuance and exeroise o£ the powers vested in them in that behalf by “ The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” the Cook County Council do hereby resolve as follows: “That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £3OOO, authorised to be raised by the Cook County Conncil under the provisions of ‘ The Local Bodies’ Loans Aot, 1901,’ for constructing a dray road from the Mangaraaia Road to Seotion 16, Mangatu No 1, the said Cook County Council do hereby make and levy a Speoial Rate of Sevenpence in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan District No. 2, comprising— Western portion of Subdlvison 10 of Mangatu No. 1, 4931 aoros. Subdivision 19 of Mangatu No. 1. Eastern portion of Seotion 18, Mangatu . No. 1,1890 aores. Subdivision 16 of Mangatu No. 1. And that such speoial rate shall bo an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in r aoh and every year during a period equal io the currency of such.loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
