IN pursuance and exercise of the powers ' veßted in them,in that behalf by “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act,' 1901’,” the- Cook County ; Connoil do ' hereby resolve as follows: “ That for the purpose of providing the interest and other ohargeß on a Loan of £3OOO, authorised to bo raised by the' Cook County Connoil; under the provisions of ‘ The Looal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,’ for oonstruatlng a dray road from the Mangamain Koad to Seotion 16, Mangatu No 1, the said Cook County Council do hersby make .and levy a Speoial Bate of'Sevenpenoe in the £1 upon the rate-, able valuation of all rateable property of the Mangamaia Loan Distriot No. 2, comprising— Western portion of Subdlvison 10 of Mangatu No. 1, 4931 aores. Subdivision 19 of Mangatu No. 1. Eastern portion of Section 18, Mangatu No-1, 1890 aores. Subdivision 16 of Mangatu No. 1. And that such speoial rate shall be an annual reourring rate duriDg the ourrenoy of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in rach and every year during a period equal io the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
