ARBITRATION COURT.
(Per Press Association.) Timaru, last night. A sitting of tbe Arbitration opened here | this morning with a list of 29 cases. Substantial fines were inflicted in a good many oases, the severest being for failure to indentnre. In two cases where respondents were shown to have started business after tho coming into force of the industrial agreement, and not having signed or complied with the terms of the agreement, I the Court held that they were not parties to it, and dismissed the information.
