At a meeting oi the Builders' Association it was resolved that members refrain from tendering in the offioe of architects for any work on and after Ist Ootober unless the new conditions of oontraet be attaohod to all specifications. The architects on the other baud have passed a resolution to adhere to the present conditions, wbioh have in every way proved so satisfactory, until a new set is agreed upon at a conference of builders and architects.
