Dr Forriti, commenced at the Supreme Oonrt yesterday, when plaintiff olaitned "for con- ! tinuanoe of a partnership between the two parties, together with <£2oo damages, or in the event of dissolution of partnership, damages <£2ooo, including return of a portion of premium paid.
