THE NEW LIBERALS.

On Sunday night Messrs Taylor, Fibber, and Lanrenson addressed a orowded meeting in the Theatre on no-license. They had a good bearing, and reoeived a vote of thanks. To-day they addressed a meeting at noon, and another at 2.30, which lasted about three hours. The first was attended by about 200, and the second by about 500. The speakers were ; applauded throughout. The speeches, were largely on the lines of previous ones. Mr Fisher referred to the voucher" base. He alleged that jobbery was going on, and saida very neat little piece of that took place in Nelson, and would be pointed out in the right plaoe. Resolutions approving of the aims and legislative programme of the New Liberal party and wishing it snooßss at the general elections were declared carried unanimously at eaoh meetiDg. ,
