Mr Long announces that the Treasury provides an additional two millions in 1905, together with sufficient stock in 190 S to produoe in two loans ten millions cash. It will expedite sale transactions, and by 1907 twenty-three millions in stock will have been issued for the purposes of the Irish Land Purchase Act, since 1900. I
