LIBEL ACTION.
AGAINST BISHOP JULIUS. (Per Press Association.); Christchurch, Saturday. The libel case, the Bev, 0. B. Pollook ' against Bishop Julius, came ap in Chambers, when Mr Justioe Dennlston delivered judgment on an application by the plaintiff for leave to administer interrogatories to the defendant. His Honor ordered defendant to answer two of the interrogatories inoluded in the application.
