LARGEST FUNERAL SEEN IN NAPIER. SUPREME COURT ADJOURNS AND BUSNIESS PLACES CLOSE. (Per Press Association.) Napier, last night. The faneral of the lete DeanHovell look place this afternoon, The various places of business and the hotels were closed. The Supremo Court pittiug was adjourned to permit the Chief Justice and others to Bttend. The Borough Council, Eduoation Board, and other publio bodies attended in full force. The Doan having been chaplain of the East Coast battalion and the Masonio Lodge, the funeral was both of a m'litary and Masonic character. The funeral cortege was the largest ever seen in Napier, and the very large crowd of town and country people who were present to pay their last tribute of respect to the deceased clergyman showed how deeply he had endeared himself to people of all shades of religious opinion. Messages of sympathy were sent from all parts of fhq colony, including one from the Premier,
