. The Australians, winning the toss, went in, and have lost seven wickets for 185. Tremlin was in great form with the ball, and captured tbo first wioket at 24. Tho fifth was down at 80, and the seventh at 111. When the sooro was 90, J. Freoman, the wicket-keeper, was struck in the face by a ball from Tremlin, and had to retire. AUSTRALIANS—Ist Innings.
