The Labor Representation Committee are disousslng a proposal for consideration at another meeting in Ootobor for sending to Anstralia and Canada, and probably to South Africa, a deputation representing all organised labor in the United Kingdom. The proposals are to bring the Empire's labor farces closer, disousa the fiscal question with the view of understanding labor’s altitude towards the Government's proposals nest election, and to support oolonial labor legislation experiments. It is hoped an Imperial labor polioy will be evolved. A serious question is what Bouros will provide the cost of the deputation if decided upon. Mr Ramsay McLeod, secretary of the Representation Committee, interviewed, said : "Wo, do not i propose to interfere with international arrangements by the oolonies ob. fiscal matters, but are anxious'’ thafthay should not throw their weight in favor of a movement wliioh the home Labor party will oppose.’’ y t.
