It is also notified that the following Special Rates, to provide interest on Loans under 11 The Goverdment Loans ;to Looal Bodies’ Aot, 1886,” and any amendments thereof, will bo levied for the same period for tho ropectlve Special Districts defined in Speoial Orders striking Speoial Rates (1.) WAIEOBU BOAD DISTRICT. t!iE. i- 1 I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of the Waikohu Road Distriot Board will ba held at the Board’s Office, Karaka, on SEPTEMBER 18th, 1905, for the purpose of making the following Special Order "In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf by " The Looal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” the Waikohu Road Board does hereby resolve as follows—- “ That for the purpose of providing the interest and other obarges on a loan of. £SOOO, authorised to ba raised by the Waikohu Road Board, under the provisions of 1 The Looal Bodies' Loans Act, 1901,' for ereoting a cart bridge across the Waipaoa River, at the Eanaekanae oressing, the said Waikohu Road Board does hereby make and levy a Speoial Rtae of One-fiith of a Fenny in the £1 upon the rateable valuation of ail rateable property of the Eanaekanae Bridge Speoial Rating Dißiriot, as follows, and that suoh Speoial Rate shall be an annual-recurr-ing rate during the currency of suoh loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day;of January and the first day of July in eaoh and every year during a period equal to the ourrenoy of suoh loan, beiDg a period of fortytwo years, or until the loan is fully paid off. The rate of interest to be 4 per cent."

Commencing at a point on the Waikohu River, beinn the intersection of the western boundary of Poututu Blook 2,4, 82, and proceeding thence by the centre of that river to the Waipaoa River, thence by the centre of that river to the Rangatira Ford, at Karaka, thenoe by the centre of the main road to its intersection with the western boundary of the Ruangarehu Block, thenoe by that boundary to the centre of the Waipaoa River, thence towards the south-east by the oentre of that river to the south-western boundary of the Ngakaroa No. 2 Block, thenoe towards the north-east by a pubUoroad to the Mangataikehu stream, thenoe by the oentre of that stream and the centre of the Topuitara and Hurunui streams to the southern boundary of tho Papakorokoro Block, thence by the southern and eastern boundaries of that blook and the Waihora No. 2 Blook to the Urumatai stream, thenoe easterly to a right line to a point being the production of a right line drawn from trig 134 to trig 129, thenoe by a right line to trig 134, thenoe by anothor right line to trig 168, thenoe by a right line to trig Tangihanga, thenoe north-westerly by a right line to the western boundary of Tutamoe No. 1 Block, thenoe south-westerly by the boundaries of that blook and the Waipaoa No. 3a Blook, thenoe south-easterly by tho sonth-weatern boundaries of that block to the Waingaromia stream, thence by the oentre of that stream to the Waitangl stream, thenoe westerly by the boundaries of Waitangi No. 1, No. 2c, No. 2b Blooks, and the Fakake-a-Whirikoka Blook to tho contra of he Waipaoa river, thence southerly by the oentre of that river to its junotion with the Wheao stream, thenoe northerly and westerly by the oentre of that stream to a point being the intersection of a lino being the eastern boundary of Blook XIV., Mangatu Survey Distriot, thenoe northerly by that line to the Urukokomoko stream, thenoe by the eentre of that stream to the northern boundary of Poututu B 6 Blook, thenoe easterly by the boundaries of Poututu Blook to the north-west corner of that blook, thenoe southerly by the western boundary of Poututu Block to the Waikohu river, the point of commencement.
