Mr Lyttelton informed the AgentsGeneral that the Treasury fs unable to roconsider the deoision af Ootober, 1903, respecting doable income tax, adding that it would be useless to appoint a committee to consider the question, as the Agents suggested, until the Treasury’s arguments adduced in 1903 were met and refuted.
