In June Mr Coghlan banded to the Colonial Office Burns, Philps and Co.’s amended olaim in connection with the Marshall Islands, totalling £17,500. The amount includes £7500 for loss of trading this year until October Ist. He urgec immediate attention to the matter, and suggested reference to the Hague Tribunal for arbitration in tho event of Germany not entertaining tho claim as rendered,
