Reoeived 4.25 p.m,, August 20. London, August l£J.. Watt was remanded, being allowed out On bail. Herbert Marshall, private detective, told an amazing story. He alleged that Watt offered him £SOOO to induoe his divorced wife to visit Watt’s house, when they chloroformed her to death.
