The Government have ordered the authorities in Andalusia to open up kitchens, and have asked tbe [directors of the railways to repair the lines, in order to employ as many as possible. The Minister for Agriculture declares that there are 200,000 people worklessf and that a million and a half pounds will not be sufficient for their relief.
