TROUBLE IN RUSSIA.
DISCOVERY OF BOMBS. By ; telegraph. Press Ass'n, Copyright St. Petersburg, August 14. ■ A bomb was thrown at and wounded the Chief of Police at Radom. The police raided an inn at Tiflis and arresteo a numbor of conspirators. They found seven bombs and a stock of dynamite, also a death sentence passed against the Chief of Police, signed by the committee of the social revolutionary party. Received 11.37- p.m., Aug. 15. St. Petersburg, August 15. Owing to the threatened famine, M. Kokortsoff has ordered the prevention of excessive export of grain, which implies a prudent restriction and not prohibition.
