Mib Willis rooeived u cable from her husband's solicitor at Durban to-day asking her to inform tbu Crown that Willis wished to roturn to Sydnoy by tho steamor Goolong under his own bond of £IOOO, and if tho Crown agreed to roply promptly.

At tho Lands Commission Mr O'Sullivan doolarod that yesterday's statement that only Willis, Close, und Bath were able to obtain improved leases while Oriok and O’Sullivan were Ministers was absolutely untrue as far as ho was conoerned. Neither direotly nor indiroetly bad ho had any connection with them.
