(Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of William Henry Cowan upon a charge that, while in the employ of the telegraph line construction department, be misappropriated £6O or £7O given him to pay workmen. Cowan is supposed to have loft Auckland in the Moana for Sydnjy on Monday last.
