Chrislohurch, last night. At the Addingson yards iherejwere moderate entries of stock and a fair attendance. Fat oatlle sold at about last weok's rates. The few store sheep in sold well, and there was no change in the values of fat iambs. Prime fat sheep sold well, but unfinished sorts were rather easier. Pigs of ail classes were dull of sale.
1 Store sheep.—A large Sine of • hoggets, and a few odd lots formed the entry, and they met with a ready sale. A line of 120 2-tooth wethers made 19s 6d, and 664 hoggets changed hands at 15s to 15s 4d. Fat sheep.-—There was a moderate yarding, and included in the entry were j some very prime lines of wethers. A considerable portion of the ewes were unfinished sorts. For all prime lots there was keen .competition at firm rates but 1 backward ewos were easier. The range of prices was: Prime wethers 24s to 80s ' medium 22s to 23s 6d, light 19s Sd to 21a 6d, prime ewes 20s to 22s 4d, medium 17» 6d to 19s 6d, aged and inferior 14s to 17*Fat cattle.—The yarding totalled 173 head, among them boing several good lines of steers. 1 . .. — w wen, bus foil away towards the close. A line of 14 steers sold at £9 5s to £l2 ss, 18 steers £7 to £9 10s, and 8 heifers £7 to £9. Pigs. There was a medium yarding which met with a dull sale, especially baconers and stores. Baccners made 86g to 45a, equal to 3d to aud a few to Bid per lb, porkers 26s to 83s. equal to 4d to 4Jd per lb, large stores 18s to 225, medium ' 6d to 17s 6d, aud small 9s to Is,,
