Received 10.31 p.m., August 1. Sydney, August 1. The Government meteorologist, forecasting bad weathor in thn Tasman Sea, expressed regret that tho efficiency of such forecasts is discouetsd by the absence of meteorological data from New Zealand, which w&b suspended twelve months ago.
