Tho Japanoso on Friday after much confused street fighting, captured LuiUoff, Saghalien, the Russians fleeing in disorder eight miles south, where a second conflict resulted in the death of over 200 Russians and tho capture of 500. Five thousand infantry with 12 guns defended Luikoff. The Japanese occupied several other town 3 at Saghalien.
