Mr Felix Scbnster, the well-known banker, declares that an easy money market is likely to continue, with a general tendency to greater bd.sq. Owing to the low rates in England the indebtedness to the Continent has been considerably reduoed, and will continue to decrease. On tho other hand, there is a largo amount of Japanese investments in London on short dated securities, but payment would possibly be in manufactures instead of cash. Tho increasing output of gold in South Africa is producing steady accumulations in all Continental centres except Russia.
