The Daily Mail’s Stockholm correspondent states that the Kaiser’s object in visiting Bjoerkoe Sound was to obtain tho Czar’s consent to a Hohonzollorn prince bocoming King of Norway. Ho adds that the Kaiser is willing that Bussia should acquire a strip of Norway, gaining an open soaport. It is considered significant that the Channel fleet is about to visit the Baltic, whoro it has not buen seen for years.
