Bonrko, and a large quantity of. general oargo. The Union Company’s s.s. Mararoa arrived from Sydney via Auckland yestsr day afternoon, and sailed South in th evening. . Outward: Misses Bauson and Tyler ; Mrs Higg; Messrs Slater, Haale, Benson, Fodeo, Jotsum, Curtis, Anderson, Burton, Tamata, Sasby, Whare, aod Fenwick. The auxiliary schooner Kaeo arrived from Auokland via way ports early yesterday morning. The vessel left Auckland on the 16th instant, and arrived at Omaio 'on the 18th ; worked oargo on the 19th, and returned to Opotiki. • Friday worked Baukuku and Oreti, arriving at Hick’s Bay. Saturday landed oargo at Hiok’s Bay and Te Araroa, and landed passengers j
and cargo at'-Waipiro. Worked Toparoa | and Pori Awanui on Monday, and Toko* -mara, Tolago Bay, and Waihau on'Tues- " day, arriving in the bay the same night. The cargo consists of about ISO tons general.- .• ■ - The Union Company's s.s. Hanpiri arrived from Auckland and Bast Coast -ports at S p.m. yesterday, and sailed for Napier and South in the evening. The s.s. Tomoana, of the Tyser line, is expected from Lyttelton next Tuesday to load frozen meat and other cargo for London.
