It was resolved that district cricket clubs be formed for St. Albans, Riccarton, Linvrood, Sydenham, Christ, church East and Christchurch West. The Tramway Board decided to consider the flotation of a second loan of £100,000,. and the Traffic Committee was asked to report on what extensions of the present! system should be made. , . ,
