London, July 18. General Linevitcb reports that Japancae warships are a t Oiga Boy. Reuter’s Tokio correspondent states that it is understood that General Lincvitch has been lurgsly reinforced, and commands nearly 400,000. Ho is likely to make a great demonstration on the ove of the peace conference without really untertaking' tho offensive.
